Last week Ralph and I took our 1st baby class with Mary Kahrs. It was 3 hours on breastfeeding and caring for the new baby. My plan is to be home for about 3 months, then decide if I will go back part time, full time or perdiem. Mary spoke about our schedule and how to make it all work. Mary is such a great person, full of knowledge and humor...we are so lucky to know her and be able to learn from her.
Our next classes are lamaze, baby basics and infant/child CPR...all in September.
As for the house, our timeline is still intact. We are having the windows installed next week, then siding the week after, then we are working on the 3 bedrooms. It is a big, big project. Ralph and I have planned everything down to the detail, especially with the architecture background... (and most people know Ralph is a perfectionist). We are very happy with our choices and can't wait to get the house back in order. It is a lot of work, but very exciting!!! Soon there will be pictures...
You two have everything down to the last detail- I would never believe it. Im sure everything will turn out beautiful. I cant wait to see it when I come down. I was planning on coming the wknd of Aug 14th- which works out splendidly. Cant wait to see you.
